The company’s performance cooling products has now expanded its product mix to include a new line of Extruded Tube Core Performance Radiators. Competing radiator brands are now obsolete given Flex-A-Lite’s new single row, 2 row, 3 row, 4 row mix.

The new line includes:

Utilizes unique Extruded Tube Core technology, replacing multi-core radiators with an advanced design.

Increases contact area between coolant and extruded tubes for better heat rejection and cooling.

Provides a flat surface to braze cooling fins, thereby maximizing contact between tubes and fins for increased heat rejection and better cooling.

Cooling fins have been designed with louver patterns to enhance direct airflow, improving heat rejection and cooling.

Wind tunnel testing has proven that the Extruded Tube Core approach is significantly more efficient for cooling than competing tube radiators

All Flex-A-Lite® Extruded Tube Core Radiators offer a 100-psi burst rating.

Its Extruded Tube Core Radiators utilize a corner subhead, thereby reinforcing the cooling-tube-to-header connection. This reduces cracking and leaking.

All products offer a direct-fit capability that avoids drilling or cutting.

All produces are available with, or without a Flex-A-Lite® electric fan installed at the factory

The Flex-A-Lite® Extruded Tube Core is extremely strong, and the internal-passage volume increases the contact area between coolant and the aluminum tubes. The extruded tubes provide a flat, optimum surface to braze the cooling fins to. This maximizes the contact between the tubes and fins for increased heat rejection and better cooling. The cooling fins have been designed with specific louver patterns punched into them to direct airflow, increasing heat rejection and providing better cooling performance.
