Like the name says, American Outdoors makes its coolers in the USA for playing outside. That’s why their Ballistic soft coolers are armored in a tough, diamond-embossed 1680 Ballistic exterior. Moreover, their heavy duty PVC backing makes this cooler water repellent to boot. Open one up and inside you’ll spy a leakproof, eco-friendly, welded TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) liner; its physical strength and elasticity make it abrasion resistant. You could say the Ballistic coolers are insulated from damage as much as they are from heat. And you’d be right.

Insulated with ¾-inch thick polyurethane high density closed cell foam, air can’t pass or be blown through it. Each of the soft coolers features 1-inch AO-logoed webbing that wraps around the cooler, giving it support. Ballistic coolers also have four tie-down D-rings and two padded grab handles for easy transport. Each also includes a removable padded shoulder strap and a wrapped pocket for dry storage and easy decoration. Not only all of that, they’re available in 12-, 24-, and 36-pack sizes as well.
